We are thrilled to announce that Starpery’s revolutionary Weight Reduction 4.0 technology has been in use for the past four months, and we’ve received an incredible response. This innovative technology focuses on delivering lighter-weight dolls without compromising on quality. To further enhance the experience, we’ve upgraded the silicone material to meet the growing demand for ultra-soft, realistic-feeling dolls.

However, it’s important to note that while softer silicone provides a more lifelike touch, it may have reduced compression resistance and elasticity. We recommend handling your Starpery doll with extra care to maintain its condition over time.

New Silicone Options Starting September:

After listening to customer feedback, we are pleased to introduce two versions of silicone for our W.R. 4.0 dolls, available from September:

1. Ordinary Silicone: This material has been used in our W.R. 3.0 production and is known for its excellent durability, compression resistance, and elasticity. While not as soft as the ultra-soft version, it is easier to maintain.
2. Ultra-Soft Silicone: Offering exceptional softness and a more realistic, life-like feel, this version is ideal for those seeking a gentler touch. However, it comes with reduced compression resistance and elasticity, so gentle handling is advised.

Both silicone versions incorporate our W.R. 4.0 technology, with minimal differences in weight reduction. If you prioritize softness, we recommend the ultra-soft version, but if you prefer easy maintenance and durability, the ordinary version will be your best choice.

Limited-Time Price Reduction on W.R. 4.0 Dolls

To celebrate the success of our W.R. 4.0 technology, we are launching a limited-time price reduction on all W.R. 4.0 dolls. The end date for this promotion has yet to be determined, so now is the perfect time to order! Prices will be adjusted based on market response and production costs, so be sure to check out our latest price list for updated details.

Important Information About Production and Delivery Times

Due to the unique requirements of W.R. 4.0, all production molds are being redesigned, meaning only certain models are currently available for production. We are working hard to ensure all Starpery bodies are available by November. Until then, prices for other bodies will remain at the rates set during our August anniversary promotion. Please note, TPE dolls will not be affected by this change.

The estimated production time for W.R. 4.0 orders is 4-5 weeks. If you opt for additional features such as heating or clamping, production may be extended by 1-2 weeks. These features can impact the weight reduction process, so we are carefully refining the production to maintain quality.

• All products handled by Charm & Ko are made-to-order, so option settings cannot be changed after production starts. note that.
• Most products are completed within 3-4 weeks from the start of production. Production will start after payment is confirmed.
• When you receive the product, please check carefully for any damage during transportation, and if there is any damage, please contact us within 2 hours after receiving the product. If no objection is filed within 2 hours of receipt of the package, the goods received will be considered intact (receipt time is based on the delivery note).
• In the unlikely event that it is damaged, do not attempt to repair it yourself, but first take a photo or video of the damaged area and contact us. Contact the manufacturer to suggest the best solution.
• Please refer to the catalog photo for the balance of the head and body. We do not recommend head and body combinations other than those shown in the catalog photos.
• Do not leave it for a long time with its limbs bent, or leave it for a long time without processing it so that it stands on its own. Distortion occurs in the skeleton.
• Do not wet the entire doll, such as using the shower or bathtub to clean it. Water may enter inside and damage the skeleton.
• TPE and silicone are affected by oils, thinners, etc. and deteriorate. Never use volatile solvents such as oil and thinner.
• TPE/silicone may bleed color through clothing. Please avoid wearing it for a long time.
• Due to the nature of TPE and silicone, there is a slight odor. If you put it in a well-ventilated place, the smell will disappear naturally over time.
• Due to different measurement methods, there may be some errors in the doll's height and BWH measurements.
• Purchasers of this product are deemed to have read and understood all of the above notices.
• It is recommended to store the doll lying down.
• After you've had a great time with your beloved doll, return it with its legs closed and resting like it was sent to you.
